# A currency rate of the National Bank for a given currency
This method allows retrieving a current exchange rate by National Bank for a requested currency to a Georgian Lari.

This method is rate limited — 60 requests per minute are allowed. Exceeding the limit returns `429 Too Many Requests` with a `Retry-After` header (in seconds).

## Query params

- `currency` — string, required

  A currency code in the ISO 4217 format (e.g: USD, GEL)
